Is this site secure for taking credit card information?

YES. AdultStore-UK links to Secure Trading's secure server at the credit card information request stage of our checkout. Secure trading are the preferred online payment processor for our bankers LloydsTSB. See our security page. top

Is your service totally discreet and confidential?

YES, ABSOLUTELY. AdultStore-UK will always treat your order and enquiry with total discretion. Our reputation has been built on the confidence that our customers have every time they order with us. Your order is sent in a strong, padded, plain mailing bag and DOES NOT mention our name anywhere on the outside of the package. top

Do you trade names and addresses with other companies?

NO DEFINITELY NOT. We never have and we never will. top

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm will be shipped that day, guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of working hours, it will be shipped the next working day. UK Royal Mail first class deliveries usually arrive within 1 to 5 working days. However, 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Two day and next day deliveries are guaranteed to arrive within the specified time. European orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days. Payment by cheque with your card number on the reverse is subject to the normal clearance time. Occasionally, due to the huge amount of orders we receive every day, an item may go out of stock temporarily. If this should happen you will be notified of any delay and offered a full refund if you so desire. top

If an item is unsuitable, can I exchange it?

All of our goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (postage and packing costs are non-refundable). Our returns conditions are:

1  The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

2  The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3  The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.

4  Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. top

What should I do if an item I receive is faulty?

Simply return it to us stating what is wrong. We will happily exchange it for you. top

If I pay by credit card, do you specify on my statement what I have ordered?

NO. Bank or card statements will not mention sex in any way or detail what you have ordered from us. We process credit cards through LloydsTSB CardNet in the name of our parent company Net 1on1 Ltd, this is what will appear on your statement. top

How often do you launch new products?

We are constantly on the lookout for new products that we can offer our customers. When they have been tested and we are thoroughly satisfied with the quality and value for money, we will put them on our site. top
